Many of the choices what are made during or planning filming, location choices has to be one of the most important and essential to be looked over and discussed. Location doesn't just create the atmosphere but also sets the space as a whole and where all the action is going to take place so when the audience watches each separate location, they'd have different emotions and attachment to the surroundings what over all is going to be the goal when deciding to film.
Having a variety of locations create a contrast and can juxtapose on another to make to make the audience think and fill in the gaps themselves which keeps their attention and makes your film more interesting to watch. Contrasting locations can also give off different emotions to keep the audience on their toes and not knowing what to expect from the events that will unfold.
In our trailer, we shall use a variety of locations to show the differing locales that feature prominently within the film. This will include a forest, an office, a house, an alley, and a river. These are key locations in the film, and will help to establish the story of what is happening to engage the viewer's interest.
Forest - This locale is where the Detective first encounters one of the Black Eyed Kids for herself. It is where she gets information from a local man that they saw a Black Eyed Kid, and she goes to investigate. This location acts as a place where the Detective is uncomfortable and does not know what will happen.
